We had a wonderful stay at Shangri-La Jakarta! The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. A special mention to **Murniati**, the hostess, who made us feel very comfortable. At the breakfast buffet, the staff was exceptionally kind and attentive. I didn’t catch all the names, but many of the ladies went out of their way to take care of us.
Our daughter came down with a cold during our stay, and to our surprise, the hotel has a small clinic with a doctor, which was really convenient and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel for both its excellent service and comfort!
