We stayed in the junior suite, a quiet room. Beautiful design, excellent customer service from the security staff who always greeted with a smile when you arrive at the hotel to the front officers and the cleaners. Thank you for the birthday surprise and the NYE gifts. Very thoughtful :) I stayed in Amnaya Kuta as well but Amnaya Nusa Dua set the bar much higher in every level.

Location is within 5 mins walk to Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center. When checked in, I was offered a free upgrade but then there's mixed up and was ushered to original booking but after several complaints and several hours waiting finally moved to the upgraded room.
