I was traveling with my father who has some mobility issues. Able to walk on his own but requires assistance either holding onto me or uses a cane, no wheelchair required. The entrance is at street level (no stairs), which was a criteria I had when selecting a hotel. There were two stairs up to the living area of our room which after consideration we realized was not really an issue as we were staying for 1 night and didn't expect to go in/out often, but something to consider if that may be an issue for you. They stored our luggage when we arrived early (before our room was ready) and at chckout (while waiting to board a cruise). Another criteria for me when selecting a hotel was breakfast included. The breakfast buffet at the restaurant in the hotel was very good, nice options, which continued to be replenished throughout. We arrived for breakfast around 9am on a weekday - tip: get your coffee/capppucino/espresso drinks first as a line builds up for the machine. Tip: there seemed to be another coffee machine in the back of the restaurant. The hotel is walkable to many of the sites. For those planning to use uber/bolt the hotel is down a one-way street so it's easy for the drivers to find the hotel. The hotel also assists with getting a taxi. The hotel staff is also very helpful assisting you into /out of the car and getting luggages in/out of cars as well. Overall a very pleasant stay for us. We would definitely consider this hotel again when we return to Budapest. For those who are elderly and with mobility issues, please note the staff is very respectable and the facility is friendly for those with mobility issues
