We got a free upgrade to a suite which was fabulous! Everything was perfect. The suite was large with big comfortable couch and chairs. The bed was really comfortable, and the breakfast had lots of great choices.

Beautiful to see.
Beautiful to see. History like most of Budapests attractions abound in this location. Take a day or two just for the castle grounds. The views are spectacular and the people very friendly. We will be back here for sure. P.S if you are physically challenged make it 3 days eh!

The location is very good, less than 10 minutes walk from a metro station and next to the Buda Castle. The room was very comfortable. The restaurant was excellent but you definitely need a reservation! The staff was very helpful and kind! I traveled for work but I will stay in the hotel for a vacation too!
The welcome we received was friendly and helpful and began our stay exceptionally well. The rooms are generous, well appointed and comfortable and the breakfast is excellent. Buda Castle Hotel is in a quiet street but very near the attractions of Fisherman’s Baston, Mathias Church and Buda Castle. We also appreciated the staff help in arranging airport transfers at the end of our stay.
Super clean, very well maintained, classy hotel for a very reasonable price. If you wan to stay in the Buda side of Budapest, this is a nice hotel to consider. 15 mins walking distance (slightly uphill though) to Fisherman Bastion and a very short walk to the Buda funicular and the start up to Buda castle. If you order to reach Buda Castle and Fisherman bastion without climbing stairs or going uphill, then go to the Buda Funnicular ( about 10 minutes flat walk from hotel).
the location is unbeatable! Close to three metro stations and in the centre of everything. From airport the direct bus (only for 2000 HUF) drops at 10 mins walk from hotel. Same for train, the metro stop M1 is 5 minutes walk and M2 station is about 10 mins walk! With 15 minutes walking to Chain bridge, 20 mins walk to the Buda castle funicular and 10 to 15 walk to liberty Bridge! Lots of shopping and eatery places near the hotel. Fashion district is 5 mins walk if you want to shop till you drop!
Excellent location, at the base of the Buda Castle. The apartment itself is beautiful, quiet, clean and with all the amenities you could want. The host was very welcoming and even met us to give us the keys to the apartment at 2 AM, when we arrived. Overall a great experience and I would very much like to return here on my next visit to Budapest.
Tina was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. The location is perfect, literally right next to the Buda Castle district and next to a bus stop. The public transport in Budapest is very good and we were able to get around well. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Coffee and tea was provided and was appreciated. Overall we had a nice stay.
