Close walk to the Golden Horn and the city centre. Nice new and clean rooms. The food was good (although we find it was a bit better last year in September). Overall a nice experience and will be back again.
Only 164 feet from a pebble beach offering a restaurant, Bluesun Hotel Borak is set in lush Mediterranean greenery and features an outdoor swimming pool with sun deck.

To be honest I was between 4 and 5 star rating but ended up with 5 because everything that's asked from hotel employees was finished in a very short period. Anyhow let's start:
Good things:
- they upgraded our room to the balcony room
- clean, renovated room, with window between bathroom and bedroom, with air conditioning, hairdryer, deposit box,
- beach towels, even after checkout (u need to ask ofc but at least to us, they provided us this possibility)
- after checkout (if u want to stay longer that day) there is a dedicated room where u can take a shower, dress up and prepare for ur trip (again ask at reception)
- AMAZING food, every night some other sea fish (salmon, shark, tuno, and some Croatian fishes), but really amazing prepared
- our fridge didn't worked, and they fixed it in one hour
- great location, 10-15 minutes to the most famous and probably most pictured Croatian beach "Zlatni rat"
Tip:
- Parking (8e per day) and sun beds (beach under this hotel costs 10eur per sun bed) are not included in price (yes it's a Croatian government rule). Btw just as info, if u want to have 2 sun beds and umbrella at Golden Horn Beach then thats 36eur per day

The staff here were above and beyond. We lost our baggage during a layover and the hotel concierge worked with us to get us our bags. Thank you to everyone!

This was a lovely place a short walk from the waterfront in the beautiful town of Bol. The room was very nice and the homemade breakfast was excellent. Nick, Helena and the rest of the staff at the hotel were super welcoming and friendly. Their knowledge of local ferry routes helped us avoid a costly and unnecessary taxi ride on the way home! Thank you for having us, we hope to return one day soon

Price/quality is perfect. We had a wonderful stay
Vidova Gora
Brač's highest peak, this rocky outcrop surveys the Dalmatian Islands and the sparkling Adriatic Sea. A well-marked footpath leads the way from Bol town – allow around two hours and be prepared for some steep sections. Worked up an appetite? A tiny local restaurant at the summit serves up spit-roasted lamb to weary hikers.

The location is great! It is located between Zlatni Rat beach and the peak of Vidova Gora, the highest point in the Adriatic Islands. Also, the pool was a huge win with my teenage kids. The layout of the home was great for our family of 6.
Wonderful communication with the host. Very accommodating, especially with request to use laundry. Parking available. Close to Vidova Gora trailhead. Very charming, well furnished apartment. Fabulous view! Owner owns the Snack Box which is delicious beach front fresh faster food like burgers and salads, drinks to go also! A great option for easy, quick lunch. Line can be long.
This place was perfect for our one-night stay in Bol. The town center is less than a 10-min walk away and Zlatni rat is about a 20-min walk in the other direction. Plus, it’s super close to the Vidova Gora trailhead.
The room was exactly as described and had a super cute balcony with an amazing sea view. The family that runs the guest house is super friendly and welcoming.
We would definitely recommend staying here!
Perfect location, easy access to town, local shop, hikes and the beach. Great host, very responsive and helped us with any queries. Apartment was perfectly clean and tidy, everything looked brand new. Nice outdoor space to eat, chill and dry any washing too. Aside from the accommodation, I would also recommend "Ranc restaurant" and hiking the vidova gora during your stay in Bol - both of which were very easy to get to from the apartment.
We were a group of 5 in two units. My BF and I shared a small room with a bathroom, fridge and a pot for hot water and coffee cups. The other three had a larger space with a small stovetop, pans, utensils and a kitchen sink (we did eat in a couple of times, so this was helpful). Combined, the space worked out well. The larger apartment also had a balcony with amazing views. There is a small grocery store very close and restaurants. It is also walkable to the Vidova Gora Trailhead and to the Zlatni Rat Beach and boardwalk.
The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures. It had a balcony which unfortunately we could not use as it was too sunny (not complaining 😎)
Marin was very helpful. He gave us tips on the ferry from Makarska to Sumartin and even carried our heavy luggage up the two flight of stairs to thw room. He also gave us tips on how to get to the trailhead of Vidova Gora and the waterfront. Also, had he not told us about the quaint little town of Pucisca famous for the white stonea, we qould have missed seeing such a beautiful place
The room is very clean, the bed is cozy, balcony with a nice mountain and garden view, and the bathroom is very clean!
It’s a very good choice to stay if you like quite!!!
Kitchen is well-equipped, you can make your own mea pretty easily.
This house is on the way to Vidova Gora
The owner is very friendly and helpful!!! Thank you so much!
