It’s a small cozy hotel with a very good restaurant. We had a lovely lunch there a la carte and breakfast was included and excellent . The room was a bit cold being that it didn’t get any sun. Good smart tv in the room.

The Sea Organ
Enjoy the symphony of the sea on the beautiful Croatian coast. Designed by architect Nikola Bašić, the Sea Organ is an elaborate set of stone stairs with pipes leading into the Adriatic. As waves push air through the internal whistles, you can hear different tones matching the tide’s ebb and flow. You’d be hard-pressed to find a prettier spot to commune with nature.

Location was perfect, close to the sea organ and greeting to the sun. Small apartment but perfect for a couple who spent most time outside of the apartment anyways. Air Conditioned and comfortable with a big bed and clean.
This is another place you won't find on google maps, but this should not deter anyone as the host (David) was easily accessible via messaging and provided some great recommendations for us to eat/drink in town.
My wife and I booked a room last minute and Idassa palace was able to accommodate us with so much ease. The staff was super helpful with giving us spots to eat. The hotel is also in an excellent location. No more than a 10-15 minute walk to get to the sea organ!
Small hotel in a great location. Easy close walk to the Sea Organ. We requested/paid for a parking spot and so happy we did. We were able to park until 1pm the next day. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Traveling with friend and they had our rooms next to one another. Small enough hotel that I don't think we needed to request this. The room was not large but was very comfortable and had everything you need. I would stay here again.
High-end hotel room located in the heart of the old town, just steps away from the Sea Organ. Very courteous staff (especially Marina), as you would expect from such a quality hotel. Very comfortable bedding and all the amenities you could hope for.
Such a great place to stay!! So close to Old Town, the sea organ and tons of restaurants!! The apartment was clean, new feeling and comfortable. The deck was a huge bonus! Stunning views of the marina and all that goes on down there! The sunset view is outstanding!!
We stayed at the apartment for a quick trip into Zadar. Our 8 year old really wanted to see the Sea Organ and the Sun Salutation on our way back to the airport in Zagreb from Dubrovnik. The apartment was right inside the walls of the old city and was very close to the few things we decided to see on our brief detour. We got great sleep and were grateful for the comfy apartment!
Our hosts were very helpful and friendly, the cleanest apartment we've ever stayed in. Highly recommended. ETA: the property is right near the bus station and a large Spar Market. One can walk to the Kolovare beach and Old Town is a 30-minute walk. Don't miss the Sea Organ and sunsets.
The location of this apartment is second to none and it was such a treat to have a sea view from each bedroom as well as the lounge. We arrived after dark and waking up to the magnificent view on our first morning was breathtaking. Loved being able to walk out of the apartment into the hustle and bustle of the Old Town, walk to swim spots, restaurants, the Sea Organ etc. Beautifully furnished apartment in keeping with its age and charm. Very friendly owner who accommodated our arrival after 11pm with no problem at all.
Location was amazing. We rented a car and they were able to accommodate us with parking for a small fee. Room was large very comfortable. Staff was very nice! Hotel was beautiful with a cute garden dinner drink area. 100 percent recommend. Had everything we needed and very close to the sea organ and zadar old town very walkable so essentially close to everything
