We arrived late in the evening and the guy at the front desk was excellent - he spoke understandable English, was courteous, and he was efficient. The hotel building is a historical site and seemed nice. The room could have been excellent, but it was VERY HOT and there was a used napkin/tissue laying on the floor against the wall when we arrived (we left it where it was even after we departed). The breakfast the next morning was very good, and the waitress spoke comprehensible English and was very helpful choosing "local fare" for us to try. Unfortunately, I cannot add any other positive comments.

Excellent location. Right in the heart of the citadel. Close to beautiful restaurants and ice cream shops. A safe beautiful area to explore for those who love history and architecture. The breakfast at the hotel was exceptional. The food quality is amazing. The decor in the room is modern, clean and so relaxing. Great AC. The hotel itself has a very cool vibe. The staff is wonderful. So helpful and accommodating. Always bright snd cheerful, going above and beyond. A great value. I look forward to staying here on future visits to Oseyk
