Outstanding facilities, staff, location and services. The front desk ladies are friendly and helpful, same with waiters.
Food is very good and coffee is one of the best. The room was large, with a balcony, an excellent shower, well equipped and clean — one of our best stays in Croatia.
Additionally, the bus to Old Town (10 minutes) is almost at its front door.
All of it together makes it an unbeatable alternative for staying in Dubrovnik. I highly recommend it.

The fort is worth the trip and remember it is covered by your City Walls ticket we found out too late and had to pay another 15 euros. We could see the fort from our accommodation at the Rooms Lovrijenac,

The room was spacious, the property is right off the main tourist areas which was amazing since it’s on a quieter street. It’s a very short walk from Fort Lovrijenac (which is stunning to see), a 10min walk from Pile Gate and the old town of Dubrovnik. As an amazing bonus, there’s a café/bar in the lower level of the property called The Kop which has amazing service.
