The hotel is brand new, The service was excellent and helpful, the room was beautiful and very modern. The shower and the bed were amazing 😍. The hotel is located on a main road so there is a bit of noise from the road but overall we would definitely come back.

Reception area and floor 10 bar area looks really smart, views are stunning, modern interiors. Very clean. We had a room on the 9th floor fabulous views, again cleaning staff 10 out of 10, and a nice little gesture at end of the day to give guests couple of chocolates. Spa area lady could do enough to make you feel welcome, had a lovely massage. Gym decent (air con not the best)

Great location right in heart of old town and short walk from taxi access at Ploce Gate. Very good aircon making the room a great refuge in the hottest part of the day. Lots of cafe bars nearby.
The apartment was easily reached from taxi drop off at Pile Gate but there were less steps to negotiate with luggage and taxis are able to park up for slightly longer period at the Ploce Gate.
Location is great for sightseeing: near Ploce Gate and many restaurants, tourist info centre, bus stop.

Location was excellent - although be prepared for the steps! Terrace was a great place to chill and relax. It was literally five minutes to Ploce gates, also to a swimming spot and probably less to the cable car. The house looks dreadful from the street because the top floors have been abandoned although there are some signs of renovation. Don't be put off. When you are in the holiday flat and on the terrace you have no idea about the rest of the building. Don't be put off!
We stayed in 2 different places in Dubrovnik and this was the best - very spacious , clean , good shower and comfortable bed , quiet , tea / coffee making , air con , windows . Very close to Buza gate and short walk from Ploce Gate where airport shuttle bus drops off . There are stairs down to the Centre and Main Street - it’s actually easier to walk around the walls to Pile Gate . We had backpacks so stairs we ok for us
Great view of Old Town Dubrovnik. Free parking and you can walk to old town (takes about 20 mins to Ploče Gate).
The unit is a studio with a living room/Kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. It also had a balcony overlooking Old Town.
Very neat apartment in central location. The owner let us drop our bags off early and was a good communicator. While there is no washing machine there is a laundry one block away. It is close to the Ploce Gate and there are cafes and restaurants nearby.
Lovely welcome with homemade lemonade and sweets. New and clean, spacious well equipped kitchen and bathroom with plenty hot water, loo paper and soap. Large comfy bed with extra pillows. Lots of storage. Fab terrace with excellent view, lovely to lounge on sun loungers at the end of the day looking down at the old town. Not far to walk from old town and supermarkets, great location. Took airport bus to Ploce gate then walked 15 mins to apartment. Returned to airport from Cable car bus stop - all very easy. Happily would stay there again
