The service was impeccable - from check in to check out - every employee I engaged with was extremely professional and accommodating. The restaurants are amazing - the concierge assisted with travel coordination - the entry valets were super friendly and helpful. The room was amazing - the view spectacular - the bed and linens top-notch - room service very good. We had prearranged for breakfast in our room - it was a fantastic decision. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the St Regis and will return during the holiday season later this year.

Cheap and efficient hotel in a very good location SYP , walking distance to SOHo Sheung Wan best bars and Kennedy Town cozyness. The Hotel itself is a bit outdated but the staff is really good, they always try their best to help
The location is great. Only 10 mins walk away from Soho, 5 mins from Botanical garden. Easy to grab bus and taxi. The front desk is very kind, concierge service is great too.
The hotel was great! Although it is a very old hotel, you can't complain for the price 😁. It's situated on a hill, but you can get to Central Station with a free shuttle bus or affordably by taxi. The nightlife spot Soho is also within walking distance. The breakfast is good, although simple. I can only recommend the hotel if you are in Hong Kong for a few days and are looking for something inexpencive but still decent.
Absolutely amazing property, in the heart of Sheung Wan, near Soho House and Ibis Hotel. Fully renovated rooms, amazingly helpful staff (Venezia and Marco were very great) and a big bonus of nice terrace on the lobby where you can have your coffee and drinks. Truly a gem
