Comfortabele en mooie kamer om in te verblijven. Alles was verder schoon en het uitzicht uit het raam was mooi verder. Personeel was behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Vriendelijk personeel ter plekke. Het ontbijt met de Disney figuren was heerlijk en geweldig voor de kinderen. Prijzig, maar veel keuze en goede kwaliteit. Het buitenbad was heerlijk om in af te koelen en was gelukkig lang open. Er is een directe bustransfer naar het park. Dit verliep allemaal heel soepel. Medewerkers waren ook zeer behulpzaam bij het regelen van een taxi toen we naar Nong Ping wilden.
Bij de uitgangen richting zwembad stond netjes zonnebrand en Deet op een tafeltje. Dit werd zeer gewaardeerd (en was ook nodig).
