Staff were very helpful. When I first arrived , there was noisy construction work above me. When I raised this with staff, they informed me the works would be finished within the hour but would be happy to help me move to another room, although I decided to stay in the room they had given me. A few minutes later, the staff called to inform me that the works may take longer than anticipated and offered to move me to another room which I accepted. I found the staff to be very professional and accountable.
