This is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in, it truly feels like home. From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming, warm and friendly. Throughout our stay, they were very attentive and proactively serving the guests, always ensuring we were comfortable and all our needs were met.
Additionally, the hotel’s beautiful interior design, cleanliness and aroma really captured my attention and we felt very comfortable staying here. I’m really impressed with the staff’s behavior, they personalized our experience and remembered small details. I’m definitely planning to stay again here when I return to Hong Kong.
