The restaurants are amazing - the concierge assisted with travel coordination - the entry valets were super friendly and helpful. The room was amazing - the view spectacular - the bed and linens top-notch - room service very good. We had prearranged for breakfast in our room - it was a fantastic decision. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the St Regis and will return during the holiday season later this year.

Welcoming and service-oriented staff who were accommodating and went out of their way to attend to one's needs despite the end of the summer holidays where the hotel was exceptionally busy. Rooms were spacious and well-appointed. Food was great and delicious. Shuttle service to Ocean Park MTR was a bonus feature.
Room was adequate for 2 adults and a kid. Property is well maintained and clean. Location is close to MTR station and bus stop. If you are looking for a holiday, this hotel can be a good place to consider as it is very close to ocean park. Victoria peak and Disneyland can be easily reached through MTR. Gym facility and swimming pool are well maintained. There is a life guard always present.
Good amenities overall, staff was helpful.Laundry/game, gym, yoga rooms were good. Housekeeping attends to rooms every day, changing towels and making beds. Location has lots of small shops, bakeries, and MacDonald very close. Aberdeen shopping area is a 10 minutes walk. Bus routes to other shopping areas is between 20 to 35 minutes. Very close to Ocean Park.
