The front office staff was pleasant and so helpful. Maryann, Chief Concierge, was very helpful and delightful to talk to. Others on her staff were also informative. Zack Law, Assistant Front Office Manager, was such a great help closing out our bill and getting us safely on a taxi, and even stood with us until we pulled away. Housekeeping in room 4109 accommodated our coffee needs with such a pleasant attitude. Furthermore, Maryanne made us aware of the Great Food Hall in the attached Pacific Place Mall. The food there was excellent!
