The room was being cleaned daily. All staff were friendly and accommodating. All restos in 3 HKDL hotels were fantastic but the Avengers themed-dining in Archivist restaurant in Hollywood Hotel was astounding. All our requests were duly accommodated.

I arrived near midnight and left at 7:30am so I didn't have much of an experience. The room was big, clean and well appointment. Check in and check out was quick and easy. The shuttle to and from the airport in good time. However, as I was leaving in the morning I slipped and fell on the wet floor by the exit. I twisted my knee. Had a difficult and painful 24-hour of flying to get home. Nothing broken no ligaments torn but the consistent pain continues four weeks later.
