In this hotel, special attention is given to details and guests. Cleanliness and the daily supply of water and coffee are a priority, all the staff are exceptional, starting with the chambermaids, passing by the ladies from the kitchen who are the smartest and most talented ever met in the hotels restaurants, up to the charismatic Ioana who made us cheered up the day of departure by giving us the warmest and most attentive assistance. Breakfast has selected product, including, in some days, fresh juices. A small suggestion would be to introduce several hot products, including eggs, of which each person would take much less than what goes into the omelettes prepared on demand.

First hotel I have ever stayed at when you could not hear anything from any other room. Absolutely brilliant!
The view from the rooftop where breakfast was served, was amazing! The choice of food for breakfast was great, I think they had thought of everything.
The hotel is in a central location, close to the sea front and all the shops, cafes and bars.
The room was very clean on arrival and cleaned every day to a high standard.
Sea view rooms are definitely a must, but next time I come back, I would book a room with a balcony.
Centrally located in Thessaloniki City, the neoclassical-style Orestias Kastorias is within walking distance of Aristotelous Square and the White Tower.

Stadium is not in a good state of repair and toilet...
Stadium is not in a good state of repair and toilet facilities (particularly for women!) were woeful. However the home fans are incredible and the atmosphere was brilliant. Our club laid on busses to and from the stadium to ensure our safety and it all worked well. I would not have liked to have had to make my own way to the match as I would have felt unsafe.
