The cleaning staff and room service is wonderful. The front desk needs better training. The views beautiful but only from particular rooms. The music, except the Greek music, was awful and noisy. The Greek musicians were fantastic. The “private beach” is dirty from filth that comes from construction or other places. The swimming pools in front of the Aegean, on a dry island that has no water to water the olive trees is a slap to the Greek people. So yes, it is fancy, and nice design, but at the expense of Greek people.

Our room was spectacular. Room 376 the penthouse. The only thing I would change is addition of a plunge pool. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly and overall we had a wonderful stay, but it was largely due to the room we had.

If I could give this property 10 stars I would! We came here first time ever and spent 3 days! Wish we could have stayed longer. We were greeted with a welcome drink by professional staff. We had a superior suite with a private pool overlooking the ocean! What a view! Clean room and very spacious! The breakfast had all sorts of food, made to order omelets, a vast array of meats and cheeses and fruits and sausages, etc.. even Prosecco to make mimosas! Not just one but two Infinity pools overlooking the ocean! It was only about a 10 minute walk to the main area with shops, restaurants, with beautiful views! There was even a spa where we had a fantastic deep tissue massage by George and also offers other spa services. The hospitality was exceptional at this hotel with great staff especially Vasilis who helped with our luggage to our car! He was so sweet and knowledgeable. We miss it already! Can’t wait to go back again!

It was a great place to go by boat to see but there isn’t any guide to help understand the history or what exactly the buildings/rooms were. Some signage but only have an hour so you can’t see it all in that time. We hustled around the place not really reading much so we could see more but still missed a lot. Recommend reading about the history before visiting for it to be a better experience ana understanding.

Absolutely disappointing.
Absolutely disappointing. A beautiful island from afar, but left to destruction. Thousands visit the island every month, but the money earned with it goes not to the upkeep of the island. It has tremendous potential as a destination, for a good museum, restaurants, even performances at night. As it is now, it is falling apart.

The location was next to the main square and the boats to Spinalonga. The price was right. Breakfast is included. You had to go to the lobby for the internet.

George is an exceptional host, and made my stay at Dolphins memorable.
The apartment was a bit dated but extremely clean and well equipped. The views from the balcony were very good. Plenty of eateries within short walking distance, as were the tour boats to Spinalonga and other destinations.
The location was fabulous, plenty of things to do. If need be you can take a dip walking right out of your apartment area. The sea was magnificent. Must visit Spinalonga and take the 4hr little train ride. It's a place for romance and relaxation. Nothing to worry about, the host Marianna takes care of everything. Great value for money.
The hotel is located in a really beautiful and quiet spot. Our room had amazing views of the bay and Spinalonga island. The beach is very nice comfortable to spend the day by.
Overall the hotel does the job, and we enjoyed our time, but there were a few quirks that make it imperfect, compared to other hotels in Greece of the same category or level.
We were upgraded to the suite and the view of Pinsalonva from the balcony took my breath away. it was so beautiful. we walked to take a ferry over to Spinalonga on our first day, and the. rented a boat with a captain on our 2nd day. very close to lots of restaurants and mini marts. comfy bed and great shower. the owner was wonderful and ii wish we could have stayed longer.
The hotel is very well located and the view is incredible, directly on spinalonga. It is also close to Plaka so you can actually walk there. The rooms are nice and spacious and the cleaning ladies are very nice and helpful. The beach itself is nice, the service there not at all.
