The room was comfortable, had everything that we needed
The room I was given was spacious, spotless and had a very comfortable bed. The view from the balcony was stunning and you get your own private sunset from there. The location is excellent as you're right in the middle of the main attractions of Naxos town and within a few minutes walk away from the ferry port, bus station and Portara. The staff was extremely helpful too.
We stayed in the studio #2 on the 2nd floor, the one with the jacuzzi. It is exactly as the pictures show: modern, well maintained and very comfortable for two persons. All the reviews are correct. The view on the Portara and the sunset is really stunning. The centre and very good restaurants are in walking distance. Although it was high season it was not over-crowded.
Mr Yiannis was pleasant and helpful, and the room was excellent, especially the bathroom, which was very spacious. Brilliant location, could see Portara from our room.
The location was perfect. Shopping, restaurants, ferry, taxis, & we enjoyed views of the town, the water & the Portara from the rooftop terrace. We loved the complimentary beach towels, private hot tub on our balcony, rooftop terrace, snacks including fresh fruit that was replenished each day, kitchenette, & more.
James was at the port to receive us. He walked us to the property which is around 5 min away. He ensure we are comfortable with the unit before he left, He was very helpful and gave necessary advices, The unit looks new and nice. The balcony faces the Portara where we can easily view the sunset. The kids love the double deck bed which is in a separate room.
Highly recommended for family stay and easy access to the port and old market,
EVERYTHING was perfect! The rooftop is the gem with a view of the Portara. The bedroom is so comfy and the kitchenette has all your basic needs.

Hotel Grotta is a small hotel, perfect location with views of Chora and Portara. Very clean, excellent breakfast each morning. But, the staff are some of the nicest, most helpful,people we’ve ever encountered!
We liked absolutely everything about Panorama hotel. Tina met us at the harbour to escort us up to the hotel and she hugged us goodbye when we left. What a wonderful and caring hostess she is. Also housekeeping staff was kind and smiling all the time. We had the penthouse room with fantastic views over the old town, harbour and and Portara just beside the old castle. We recommend going there for a drink on the balcony. We also rented a buggy to explore the island and had a great day. All our six days in Naxos were just perfect.
This is a lovely apartment. Our host Marianna was very kind, helpful and generous. The location of the apartment is perfect, right by the sea with a lovely view of Portara, with an easy walk to all facilities and the ferry. It must be the best location in Naxos Town. The facilities were perfect, we wanted for nothing, and appreciated the kind gifts of food. We would definitely try to stay again if back in Naxos.
