long walk, bring a couple of big bottles of water. entering from the south end its a "shorter" walk to the top but you miss a lot of other spots to see, there is also an elevator that can take people that require it to the top

It's fabulous, but crowded -- try and pick a time when the crowds are less. The climb up is steep, so be prepared (it was May when I was there and warm). The only downside is the stupid selfie takers who barely look around at the wonderful buildings, site, and view. They spoil it for others when then can. Life is more than a camera bucket list ;-)

The videos for accessing the building were very helpful. The views were great. Property was as described. It smelled clean upon arrival. The big table and sofa provided plenty of space for gathering. Individual room heaters with remotes kept the temperature very comfortables. The location was great, only an 6-10 minute walk to both entrances to they Parthenon.

I only had 1 day in Athens as a solo traveler, so I booked this hotel close to the Parthenon and meeting location for the tour I booked. The location was perfect! The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooftop jacuzzi with a view of the Parthenon was the perfect way to wind down at the end of an exhausting trip. If I were to end up in Athens again, I would definitely go back to this hotel.

Great location. Close to all the attractions. The Parthenon is 2 minutes away. The museum is 1 minute long.The area is very calm and safe. Supermarket nearby, restaurants. What I really liked is a comfortable mattress and pillows, which are not always available in hotels. The linen is clean. The air conditioners work for heating and cold. There are no problems with hot water. We were vacationing with our family. I liked everything very much. The metro is in front of the apartment entrance.
The Hill is fantastic! Everything was perfect: the apartment so clean and comfortable; the terrace on the 5th floor with its spectacular views! This is one of the top locations in Athens. Each morning I crossed the road and walked up to the top of Likavitos Hill, enjoyed a coffee and the gorgeous little chapel of St George with its stunning icon - and the view out to the Parthenon and beyond. Superb. Maria and her team were also so helpful. Perfect!
Athens Cypria Hotel was in a perfect location to all the iconic historical sites by walking. Very clean hotel, nice size room for 3 people. Beds were very good, supportive and firm; comfortable to sleep on. Hotel staff was very pleasant. Loved the rooftop and view of the Parthenon and Acropolis hill. Stairs and elevator available. Nice front lobby with chairs and tables to sit at. Breakfast was very good with great options. Was beyond my expectations for a 3-star hotel!
