This hotel was perfect in every way! The location was great, and the view from my room was fantastic. The two very sweet ladies who worked at the front desk, morning and evening shift were great! The room was immaculately clean, and the bed was very comfortable! I would’ve liked to have stayed longer.

This imposing fortress was built by the Venetians in the 15th century to protect Nafplio from marauding pirates. It’s a bespoke building job, measured to fit the space on the tiny island of Bourtzi. While it’s impressive, it can’t hold a candle to nearby Palamidi – so make sure you visit Bourtzi first!

Must see castle (best in Greece and we’ve been to many) and the Bourtzi on catwalk in sea was very cool, especially inside. Consider the boat trip to Sapienza which leaves from small dock within 200 meters and only costs €15 round trip.

What a location -- right in the middle of town, walking distance to shops, restaurants, ferry to Bourtzi Castle, and everything else in town. The apartment is spacious, and features two balconies and a roof-top terrace. The apartment is equipped with all the modern conveniences, and the host also left us a lot of tasty snacks and even a bottle of wine. Highly recommend this apartment!
Good location next to Argolic Gulf shore with outdoor restaurants bordering the area and a view of Bourtzi Castle on a small island in the gulf 5 minutes away by ferry. Short walk to shops and town center. Nice breakfast....if you ask they make fresh eggs ( scrambled, fried) and bacon. Room was spacious enough and simply decorated. Staff was friendly.
Wauw - what a nice place. The room was very spacious, especially the bathroom. Very clean, very modern equipment. We watched the sunset out of the balcony of one window side and the sunrise on the other. The view on the water castle of Bourtzi in the Argolic gulf is breathtaking. The reception provided even beach towels for the beach which is in walking distance from the Guesthouse. We loved the breakfast, a buffet with homemade bakeries and local food beautifully presented and cared for by the chef and his team.

We had a wonderful few nights in this roomy apartment overlooking the Bourtzi! It was perfect for our family of 5. We had ample space and privacy. We will definitely be back!
Perfect location close to the restaurants and the seasise, Palamidi castle and Bourtzi. Th furniture and style of the rooms were nice and comfortable. The staff was friendly. We did not take the breakfast at the hotel instead preferre fresh baked cheese pies and croissants from the bakery across the street. Highly recommend!
Beautifully restored building in old town with views of the Bourtzi Fortress in the harbor. Clean, comfortable, stylish room, large bathroom and shower, excellent service and lovely staff. Dog and baby friendly. Absolutely delicious breakfast - the best we've had in the year we've lived in Greece. Bravo!
We loved the location of the hotel, right on the water. The view from our rooms (seaview and side seaview) was amazing! I enjoyed reading my book on the balcony and looking at the boats, the sea, the Bourtzi castle. breathtaking. The rooms were good also, comfortable bed, pillows, spacious. The receptionist at the hotel was friendly.
