Before our vacation on Lefkada, we were deciding between two accommodations and I am incredibly glad that we chose Zephyros. Kostas and his family were always very kind and helpful to us! They gave us advice on where to eat, when and where it was likely to rain (their predictions were more accurate than the weather forecasts on the internet :D) and when we needed something, they never had a problem helping us. Every morning the host waited for us with the table already set, he made us coffee and breakfast, which became our beautiful ritual. We were in Lefkada for 11 days and the whole time we had a very clean room and the beautiful sunsets were priceless. The location of the accommodation is also great, as the most beautiful beaches are within a 20-minute drive.
We would definitely love to come back! ♥ I wish there were more wonderful people like this family in the world.

Kathisma Beach
Kathisma Beach is 15 km from Lefkada Town, but it’s well worth the trip. Possibly one of the most beautiful (and longest) beaches on the island, Kathisma has fine white sand and a bright turquoise sea. If you want to do more than swim and sunbathe, there are great watersports here – paragliding is especially fun, and the views are unmatched.

Good location for visiting Agios Nikitas town, and Kathisma beach is only 5 minutes by car.
It was amazing. The location was incredible. The view from the villa was just beautiful. Very comfortable for a family of 6 and lovely to be able to come back after a long day in the sun and heat to just relax in the serenity of the villa. Easy 5 min drive to Agios Nikitas and to Kathisma beach which was spectacular. Very helpful staff and were happy to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend this place. Would definitely come back again in future.
Awesome place to stay on Lefkada.
The accomodation is really nice, perfect for 4 people, with easy check in.
Location is not far from Agios Nikitas and 5 minutes from Kathisma beach.
Overall it's a very good starting position because most of the best beaches are in 10-20 minute drive range.
The accomodation was clean and we had everything we needed.
Pool is great addition of course.
Definitely recommended if you want to explore Lefkada with a car, and there is private parking as well.
The view and the location was amazing and Kathisma Beach is absolutely stunning not to mention the gorgeous sunset. Apartment was wonderful. Chairs and umbrellas, breakfast and parking was included. The staff went out-of their way to be accommodating. Very nice.
very nice and modern apartment. 5 min walking to to the very cozy center of Agios Nikitas, also very near beautiful beaches as: Milos or 10 min by car from Kathisma beach (full infrastructure) equally beautiful.
Great location, close to the Kathisma Beach, about 5min walk, with a staggering view to the sea.
The phone signal was sometimes poor, but the wifi was pretty good. The studio has a small kitchenette, very usufull if you want to prepare soenthing in the room.
You can have breakfast or any kind of meal at the restaurants on the beach, or simply go get some from the supermarkets in Agios Nikitas.
We only stayed here for one night during our stay in Lefkada but next time we come we are definitely going to stay for longer. Lovely place, comfy beds, lovely common areas and super close to Kathisma Beach & Agios Nikitas town. The host also was super nice afterwards and posted my bikini back to me that I had left in the apartment!
Apartments have an amazing view. The location is absolute perfect, is 5 min by car from the best beach in Lefkada, Kathisma Beach, best means infrastructure, parking, umbrellas, bars, restaurants, service. The host is very polite and friendly. The apartments look very good, new with all needs.
