Gorgeous room with windows on three sides (no.23); spectacular views to the rocks and tides below, massive comfy bed with pillows and cushions, bath to wallow in, high quality shampoos etc., very quiet room. Nice solid fire door. Good selection of teas. Lilked the grey decor - very tasteful and restful. Restaurant was lovely with views and menu was very good and good value. Food was hot and generous at supper and breakfast. Access to a variety of terraces and lawns was wonderful. Swimming pool, unheated, was absolutely glorious! THANK YOU!

Fantastic view, good breakfast, and excellent facilities. A great place to get away from it all and relax. Beach bar offers informal dining option, formal dining very good (Lobster seemed remarkable value in terms of relative price).

The view was exceptional👍 We were directly opposite the stunning Woolacombe beach🩷🌊 The apartment was in the perfect location. The information booklet was really good, with plenty of recommendations and clear instructions for everything. There was a box of games and puzzles, plenty of crockery and cutlery. Nice selection of tea, coffee and biscuits and a pint of fresh milk in the fridge when we arrived👍towels provided were great and very clean and white. Overall, a great place to stay. would recommend Hartland View 🌊👍
Exceptionally clean throughout and the rooms have been beautifully furnished and presented. The beds are very comfortable with quality linen and the two course breakfast is superb - with freshly brewed filter coffee:-). Fab location and easy to find - just a short 5mins drive to Woolacombe beach.
Location and view from the room was superb. The room was very comfortable and very clean.
It was so handy to leave the car on the Lundy House carpark and walk about 20 mn to Woolacombe Beach.
As we couldn’t get breakfast via our booking, we really appreciated the small fridge we had in our bedroom. This helped us to keep some milk fresh and cold which we enjoyed with our cereals in the morning.
Perfect loft apartment with stunning views of Woolacombe beach and morte point. As we walked into the open plan lounge on arrival the views just took our breath away.The apartment was full of natural light, bright and airy and well equipped appliances and furnishings, everything we needed for our stay. We had allocated parking. Tea and coffee and fresh milk was left for us, a nice gesture after our journey.

Room and bathroom were clean and tidy, very basic as stated in accommodation information and this is reflected in the price. Lovely breakfast included and served with a smile. All staff were friendly and happy to help. Nice pub with good range of beverages available. Parking available too. Easy drive from accommodation to beautiful Woolacombe beach. We visited Ilfracombe which is also a short drive away. Very conscious regarding Covid and people’s safety.
I like that it was close enough but far enough from the hustle and bustle of Woolacombe beach front.
It also gave us the option to view two new beaches we knew nothing about which we ended up preferring.
We found the apartment to be very clean and well prepared for our arrival. We liked the fact that it was in the main activities of restaurants and cafes, and was very close to the wonderful Woolacombe beach. Everything we needed was provided for us, thankyou.
