They were a member of staff on yesterday, a chappy who was very unhelpful. I asked about extending the room as my meeting was delayed and I told him my partner is still here he said I can do half an hour that’s all I can do. We’re very busy so I called the landline. I spoke to a young lady who was very helpful and said I can give you complimentary till 12 and if you’d like to extend after that then it’s £10 an hour so if we did we did that on extended till 3 o’clock this man needs to learn customer service skills and not to lie to customers cause he gives yourselves a bad name
