The hotel exceeded my expectations. It's close to the subway, extremely central, located in front of the national gallery, close to restaurants and bars and I will certainly stay there every time I go to London. The staff is also excellent. And the room was modern, clean and beautiful.

Hotel is in an excellent location , just a couple of minutes from Westminster bridge and Waterloo train station and also tube station just outside . Would highly recommend . Very kid friendly hotel .
The hotel was absolutely amazing my son was having a operation In chelsea and Westminster hospital not far from the hotel the staff were faultless helping me feel comfortable in my stay and let me stay 2nd night as my son were still poorly.. staff were kind and the rooms were very clean and comfortable the breakfast was amazing too.
Location is really great, hotel is close to some main attractions and gives wonderful views of Big Ben and Westminster Palace when you exit. It is also super close to tube stations Westminster or Waterloo and has bus stations in front as well. The bathroom is spacious with tub, shower and sink. Staff is very friendly and helpful with requests. Hotel hosts 2 restaurants. Hotel is kids friendly (we were there during autumn break where is seemed only families stayed here) and you can use the pool (book your slot though ahead of time).
A beautiful house, very comfortable stylish and clean with everything you need for your stay. Also in an excellent location in a good part of London very close to the tube and national rail links.
We hired the house for an extended family get together and visit to london, it was perfect for us in terms of facilities and location to the parks. We could walk all the way past Buckingham Palace and into Westminster through the different parks.
We had a fantastic stay. The location was perfect- just a short walk to either Pimlico or Westminster tube station. We enjoyed the scenic walk to Westminster along the river which was quiet.
Very close to Victoria station and other points of interest. You can take a long walk to Westminster Abbey, Big Ben and end up in Covent Garden. The breakfast included a variety of hot and cold food of good quality.
Very modern, clean hotel in great location for Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, with friendly, helpful staff. Delicious breakfast, especially the apple pie. Very well equipped room, including iron and ironing board, kettle, small fridge and hairdryer. Our room had a little balcony too, which had a view to walled garden, across the road. Would thoroughly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Avoid any of the scams that go on and be aware of men/women dressing up with painted faces...trying ton get you to take a photograph...they then ask for money and can be a little pushy...i seen the mostly at the steps going down from westminster bridge to the London Eye...keep your bags over your body and closed!!

Take a boat trip down the Thames from Westminster to Greenwich. You see the culture on the banks of the river and you can then return to the places you want to. Visit Greenwich Park, the Maritime Museum, Cutty Sark etc and return to the West End via the Docklands Light Railway, via Canary Wharf. A fantastic cultural round trip.
