The staff was awesome! Mandeep left us a Welcome to London card. We were served wine in the lobby at your Happy Hour. We forgot a European plug for our flat iron. The front desk provided the plug and also a flat iron.

The highlight of my trip.
The highlight of my trip. If you like history, you need to visit it. It was an incredible experience. Visiting the tomb of Elizabeth I and her half-sister Mary and the Poets' Corner were my favourite parts of the visit. The audio guide is included in the ticket and it helps you experience the visit better. Highly recommended

Loved Westminster Abbey.
Loved Westminster Abbey. Book a tour with a Vesper (at the Abbey) for an additional 10 pounds. Fantastic, informative tour of the abbey, with access to areas the public cannot visit. We sat in the choir chairs and visited St. Edwards Chapel, which only can be done with a Vesper.

The most beautiful and awe inspiring part of our London trip. The arches, the windows, actually getting to walk through the quire where the coronation took place that we had just watched a month ago. We wandered about for an hour or so, then just sat and absorbed the atmosphere for another good while. I wish we had attended a service there but we didn't arrive until Monday. It was just amazing and not to be missed!

Fabulous to see all the people buried there or with markers there. The architecture incredible. But don’t bother with the timed entry thing. They put everyone in line together, ticket or not. Go in plenty of time because they shoo you out promptly at 4:30.

Amazing history with Kings and Queen's buried here from Edward the Confessor on and many famous people. One of those places that I wonder why I never visited earlier and have been back several times since to wonder in the history.

Small but cozy room that was spotlessly clean and had everything you need. Great breakfast and very friendly people. Wonderful area surrounded by good restaurants and pubs, plus all kinds of shops. Walking distance to Westminster Abbey and down the street from Victoria.
It is difficult to find a 2 bedroom flat in London for a reasonable price. This unit is a nice mix of value, size, and location. This unit was clean and close to bus stops and tube stops. It had a nice living space. We were able to walk to Westminster Abbey and other sites. The neighborhood was safe. There are several grocery stores about 10 minutes away by foot.
Our host was terrifically flexible and responsive, allowing us to check in/leave our luggage early, and the fridge was stocked with milk and OJ, fruit, even cheese and deli meats! The location was fabulous, right near Westminster Abbey and Big Ben (and our conference site), and there was a great street right there with a wide variety of food stalls set up during the weekdays, plus a grocer right on the corner. Perfect! Three bedrooms, which was helpful once our daughter joined us, and a small but well-stocked kitchen.
Location was outstanding! Views of Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and the London Eye were amazing. Easy access to Waterloo Station was also convenient. Also they ask if you will need your room cleaned during your stay. Our stay was only 3 nights so we said no. They gave us each a bottle of wine for helping with conservation.
