The first impression was great by Simon on check-in, so welcoming a great asset to the hotel. All staff members encountered were friendly and polite. Slight issue on the 1st night due to very noisy guests next door, but staff rectified the same no fault of the hotel, just inconsiderate guests. Breakfast was lovely, and I will definitely visit again. Very family friendly
