The hotel is a beautiful building in the perfect location for events at Warwick Castle.
The staff were friendly and very helpful especially regarding parking. The breakfast was excellent, and the rooms adequate for a one night stay, they are small but that's the only downside. Good value for money .
This is a busy town centre hotel which we wanted. The bar and restaurant were busy all day and night. The staff were all young and enthusiastic. The evening meal was very good as was the cooked breakfast. The room was nice and quirky. The location was right in the main square and a short walk to Warwick castle. Live acoustic music on the evening too. There are only four car park spaces so we parked opposite for £8. 10/10

Breakfast choice excellent and cooked breakfast was top notch with delicious eggs, bacon and sausage.

We had a meal in the restaurant during our stay and it was extremely tasty and again all freshly prepared.
I travelled with my daughter. The property is central to Warwick Castle and all amenities. There are parking facilities at the hotel which we benefited from. The gentleman on reception was professional, courteous and helpful upon check in and they had a self check out service which was quick and easy. The room we had was quiet despite facing the main road on the ground floor. The room was clean and had all the facilities that we required including nice biscuits, the only thing missing was a hair dryer but that wasn’t a problem.
Booked the hotel because we were attending a gig at Warwick Castle nearby. The location is superb, just a four minute drive away. The bed was comfy and clean, and the parking was discounted. The staff were really friendly and helpful too. The bar was open late and the prices weren't too bad. The included breakfast was great too. Would definitely recommend and stay here again if in the area. There's also a McDonald's next door if that's your thing.
The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful, special thanks to Lucy, who made our stay extra nice. The beds were very comfy, fluffy towels. We loved the freshly made to order warm breakfast options and the croissants were absolutely amazing. Nice pub/ restaurant where we ate a couple of times. Free parking opportunities (until 9am) in next door parking lot. Great location in the center with good infrastructure and restaurants close by in walking distance. Family attraction Warwick castle also in walking distance (8 min walking).
