Lovely welcome at reception, lovely big room with king-size bed which was very comfy, nice view across the river from room window, very tasty breakfast made to order and great service, this is a lovely hotel which is only a 10 minute walk to the main town, I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is staying in Perth
