I loved all the attention to details!! The furnishings were so unique and appeared to be original antiques throughout the hotel. The bed was so comfortable!! The Gin bar was a treat.

A lot to like. The design and ambiance is superb. Whomever did the lighting and music deserves an award. The 24 hr gym was in the basement but was terrifically appointed and beautifully designed. Extra points for the clock in the gym with a sweeping seconds hand. It's these types of small details that they do very well at the hotel. Again, the lighting and wall texture (wall paper covered with wire facade) were very appealing.
Loved the eco friendly water spout available at every floor by the elevator for you to fill up the canteen in your room, or your own container. Bathroom mirror has a built in defogger so that it remains clear during shower. Beds were medium firmness, and even with my bad lower lumbars, they were perfectly fine for 3 nights. The shower has industrial grade water pressure coming out of the handheld unit and the option for a rainfall shower head is a nice touch too. I'm talking NYC fire hydrant level water pressure that will make you step back!
Convenient and comfy little bar in the lobby area. Walking distance to some very well rated and delicious restaurants. Oh, and the room has a Marshall Bluetooth speaker that is not cheap and played music with very respectable wattage and bass. Small lounge chair in corner is close to bed, but a nice option to relax in. Also very nice to have a work/makeup table with a stool facing the window. There were 2 drawers other than the closet. Wood floors is also a plus for me.

The location is superb and the staff are very friendly and helpful. You can't beat waking up to a view of Tower Bridge! Beds and bedding seem new as do the fluffy bathroom towels. There's easy access to some fabulous parts of London like St. Katherine's dock, the Tower of London, London Bridge area including Borough market and the Globe theatre, St. Paul's and a boat pier for the Uber boat taxi and boat tours etc, plus the underground station obviously.
Location was fantastic with easy walk to transport and Tower of London area. Surprisingly quiet at night which was most welcome. Host Cihan was very helpful in finding location and showing us to the correct flat and helping us with any queries. Spacious and clean for our family of 4 to be able to spread out
Self-check-in was incredibly simple. The property is in excellent condition and clean. It's perfectly located, just a short walk to Tobacco Dock. Additionally, it's very close to central London and renowned landmarks like Tower Bridge and the Tower of London.
The hotel is located at Tower Hill near the historic Tower of London & Tower Bridge, which were visible from my hotel room. Underground station is nearby. Hop on hop off sightseeing buses stop also in two minutes walking distance.
The room itself was clean and quite good with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast also was good.

In this area of London, almost every step you take along the Thames river gives you a feeling for Charles Dickens characters, but you must go by foot get around the back streets and explore. Despite the new high rise buildings there are still many old houses and warehouses that evoke a sense of history. Within a 20/30 minute walk, you can get to Tower bridge, St Paul's Cathedral the modern Tait gallery, the London eye and the houses of Parliament. You won't get bored.
