It's okay to walk across the highest part of the bridge, but...

It's okay to walk across the highest part of the bridge, but if it's just photographs you want you can walk across the lower part without paying a fee and get some nice ones of Tower Bridge/HMS Belfast/The Shard/and Tower of London etc. If you go in to view from the highest part and walk across the top you will have to pay an entrance fee.
