Easier to say what didn’t I like, we like. Absolutely nothing. This is our home from home in the South. We’ll be back again in another few weeks. We don’t stay anywhere else. Staff are fabulous from the door to any other level of staff they are superb.

Our room, cocktails, dinner (the Beef Wellington experience) and breakfast were all excellent. A small but important change - after our visit last year, we commented how tasteless and disappointing the bread served at breakfast was (whilst praising everything else). The apartment was in a fantastic location and we loved the beams and historic details. The hosts were excellent communicators and very responsive. As a relatively new property there were a few small things missing re kitchen equipment which we mentioned and the hosts were open to add. The place was very clean and the shower was powerful. All in all a great stay.
This is a lovely property in a safe location. The property is fully equipped with the appliances in the kitchen, proper living room and decent size bedroom and a nice touch they left some snacks to nibble and a water bottle too. What truly is enjoyable for a coffee drinker they have a modern Nespresso machine. The place is clean, spacious and the location is a few meters from the underground station. The surrounding area has lovely restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and its near landmarks such as Tower Bridge and Tower of London.
The price was reasonable, especially for a group of 7, and the location was convenient for a family wanting to be close to kosher restaurants and a Jewish community. It was easy to find the place, and the directions provided were clear and easy to follow. The apartment was relatively well-equipped.
Only stayed one night, the room was well decorated with a great aura, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the place was clean. Breakfast was good but hit the rush at 9:00, the poor staff were coping well as the guests quickly swept up anything that was out, but they kept it coming. I can’t complain I even prefer the location to other hotels we’ve stayed in.

Its location is ideal—just a few steps from a shopping mall and a variety of restaurants, which made exploring the area super convenient. The hospitality was top-notch, with the staff always friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting London. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip!

We’ve stayed here before but the location always puts a smile on my face! Literally right in Chinatown and mere steps from west end theatres. If you want to be in the hustle and bustle of London, this is the place to be. The hosts are quick to respond to any requests as well. Check in was very smooth and the apartments are tastefully decorated.
The apartment was really comfortable and had everything we needed. I found it suitable for us. I could very easily toddler-proof the place.
Location was great with a 24 hours shop next door on the ground floor.
Lots of nice restaurants around.
Was worried about noise for the hospital but I think any ambulances must got to an alternative hospital entrance cause I didn't hear any!
