The staff were very friendly, well informed and provided an excellent service. A small issue with my room was immediately resolved to my complete satisfaction.
I had an accessible room (needed), which had the best-designed accessible bathroom I’ve seen in any hotel, whilst still feeling stylish and luxurious.

I love everything about the room. it was good size . no to big or small. the location is next to the central train station and close to Eldon square shopping Centre .
Breakfast was amazing ,a buffet that give a lot option to choose. The restaurant onsite was a plus and the food was delicious.

The bed was big and comfy

Perfectly located budget hotel, 5/10 minutes walk from the Central Station, close to the quayside, and 10 minutes walk from the Gateshead Sage/Glasshouse, the easyHotel exceeded my expectations.
The staff were warm and friendly, and my room was bright and clean with a very modern bathroom.
For the price paid, this was an excellent hotel, and well recommended for a short stay!
PS the hotel is also right next door to the Crown Posada, one of the oldest and most characterful pubs in Newcastle!
The location was great, 10min walk away from the gate and digital. The staff were great, happy to help in anyway we needed. Value for money considering we were barely in the room.
