The staff was awesome! Mandeep left us a Welcome to London card. We were served wine in the lobby at your Happy Hour. We forgot a European plug for our flat iron. The front desk provided the plug and also a flat iron.

The staff is so professional and very welcoming and eager to help at anyway. They are fast and applying care for me and my kids. For example: I asked for a barber near me and the concierge walked with me to the barber outside the hotel and introduced me to the barber!

Tate Modern
Mirkos is a coral paradise. Made up of a collection of sea mounds, it’s home to a beautiful garden of sea fans and soft coral. In between the mounds you’ll find blue spotted ribbon-tailed rays and giant frogfish, and if you look close enough, you might just spot a porcelain crab scuttling along among the sponges. If you want to find Nemo, you could be in luck – clownfish frequent Mirkos.

They were about to close in an hour, but we were told that there were some FREE exhibitions on floors 3 and 4. We had a look... omg..... What a load of absolute rubbish. Something a four year old had done. Is that really art... or a mental disorder... 🤣🤣
Don`t bother with the FREE stuff. Can`t say what the other art that you had to pay for, would have been like... Who knows 🤔 but the FREE stuff was a load of old shite... 💩

Enter the turbine hall which is a vast open space showing the latest installation. The galleries are reached by lift and escalator, most of which are free. You need to book tickets for exhibitions such as Cezanne. Don’t try to see everything in one visit, concentrate on one or two rooms and you will discover plenty of diversity.

The location was a standout feature—situated in central London in the beautifully renovated ‘The Italian Building’, it was incredibly convenient for exploring the city. We loved being so close to Tower Bridge, The Thames Walk, Borough Market, the Tate Modern, and a wide array of excellent restaurants. The neighborhood was a quiet retreat yet perfectly walkable and accessible, with easy connections to transit and London Bridge station.
I love the hotel’s location, as it is incredibly convenient for accessing the subway and buses. Being so close to St. Paul’s Cathedral, the Millennium Bridge, and the Tate Modern, all famous attractions, makes staying here even more worthwhile.”
It has a great location and is super convenient to different underground lines and walking to places like the Tate Modern. The room has tea and coffee, but there are also plenty of places within steps of the front door. They also accommodated our request for an earlier check-in, for which we were grateful. There were three of us and it was just what we needed.
- Amazing location, next to Tate Modern, Borough Market and South Bank generally.
- Incredible setting, even for Londoners, with views over the City.
- Very helpful staff
- Excellent facilities and decor
- Great cocktail bar and restaurant (both are really worth a visit for non-guests too)
