The room was well appointed. The food in The Leopard Restaurant was very reasonably priced for central London and was of first class quality.
The warmth and friendliness of all staff encountered were outstanding.

The hotel was very charming. The room was much smaller than I thought it would be, although adequate. The promotional photos make everything appear bigger than it is.
The location is fantastic, within walking distance to transport and restaurants and attractions.
Staff were very friendly. It's in a great neighbourhood.

Just amazing how they make you feel important when you are not.
We stayed in a private room with own bathroom. Very good size, clear, good shower, nicely decorated, comfy bed, the best pillows I’ve ever had in any hotel/hostel, Great location, walk to Hampstead or Swiss Cottage tubes in 15 and 5 mins. Staff friendly and chatty. Good selection at breakfast and plenty of room. Beautiful building. Would stay again.
