This is a fantastic hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, with a fridge and coffee making station. The interior design is gorgeous. My room had a Juliet balcony which opened into a large field with sheep. No weird or strong smells. Breakfast was phenomenal and makes the price good value, especially if there are two of you. Lots of parking. The restaurant is beautiful but I haven't eaten there in the evening. Also an amazing outdoor seating area which would be lovely in the warmer weather. It's about 10 minutes by car to Stratford Upon Avon.

Excellent location close to many attractions. Great ambience, warm and friendly atmosphere. Its a nicely decorated hotel, rooms included. Amazing shower and toiletries. Nice cosy bar and the staff are helpful and friendly. Would stay again.

Room was clean, comfortable, quiet.
Breakfast buffet was very good - a nice mix of different things.
We also had dinner in the restaurant for our one night staying there. The serving staff were really nice and the food excellent.
Car park had plenty of space and also some EV charging points.
Excellent location for a night in Stratford when visiting the Royal Shakespeare Company theatre.

In winter time you can go on a walk into the fields by a river and you will catch a glimpse of the racecourse on one side. Interesting to see it if you never saw a racecourse, other wise completely skippable unless you are planning to watch an actual race.
Well appointed and comfortable house in an excellent location, 15 mins walk to all the main sites and restaurants in Stratford. The house was spacious and clean with superb views over Stratford racecourse.
