Definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed in. There is always something missing from a hotel room, but this one had everything: plenty of sockets, plenty of coat hooks etc. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We wouldn't hesitate to come back here and will definitely recommend it.

Nice accommodation with nice bathroom, kettle. Beds comfortable, everything clean.
Free small fitness room with sauna on the 4th floor, just need to check in at reception beforehand to record the entrance on a card. But sufficient.

Location was good. About 10 minutes walk to Cabot Circus and 20 minutes to the harbour. Room was clean and well equipped. Staff were friendly. Didn't have any problems with parking.
