While there's still a lot of opportunities for underwater adventures in its shallower areas, a nearly 200-foot drop just beyond them opens up a whole new world of exploration with overhangs and sea caves. It's also one of the best places around Sharm El Sheikh to spot the sea slug known as the Spanish dancer that flaps through the water in an elegant underwater ballet.
