Very friendly staff and a lovely quirky atmosphere.
The room was bigger than I expected and was well laid out and clean.
Everything was provided in the room to be able to cook a dinner or breakfast if you wanted.
Bar area was great and served good drinks...happy hour was a welcome surprise.

Really good location near tubes and plenty of bars, restaurants and express supermarkets,and right behind Shepherds Bush Empire so great for gigs. The flat was bright, more spacious than expected and very clean and tidy, the odd scuff and chip here and there but that's to be expected, the bed was nice and firm. Had great communication from the owner too.
