Love the location -right next to Waverly train station. Like being greeted w a glass of champagne. Breakfast is yummy as is the view from the restaurant. Beds are comfortable and love how the fridge is stocked! Second visit💕

This small, family-run metro hotel has easy access by bus to Edinburgh city center, less than 2 miles away. It offers free on-street parking, free WiFi, rooms with attached bathroom and a bar.

Kevin is the most hospitable host we have ever met. We drove to Edinburgh and he even allowed us to park the car in his drive, taking a big worry out of the stay. Great breakfast included in the price.

Oh my God, I love everything. This is one of the most beautiful apartments I’ve ever seen in my life. I felt like a royalty while staying. They literally made it perfect. It has all the essential things that you think you’re gonna need and even more beautiful decoration, beautiful welcoming, beautiful crew location was amazing.
