The location was great- a 15 minute walk into Salisbury via the cathedral. Our room overlooked the river and the cathedral, beautiful countryside view. Our breakfast was delicious and a great choice. We had a complimentary drink in the bar before we set off for Salisbury. They offered a free shuttle bus to Salisbury and back but we chose to walk as it was a pleasant evening.

Lovely little flat - actually much bigger than photos made it look! Very cosy and warm. Well-designed space, only two of us but we could have easily fitted a few children on sofa bed/fold-out bed. Nice birdsong in the morning in the bedroom too! Easy walk from Salisbury train station and the host left us some prosecco to celebrate the New Year!
