I loved the beauty, the continental breakfast meal, the comfy beds and wonderful smelling soap & lotion. The front desk staff in particular were lovely and extremely helpful.

In winter there is nothing to do there but you can just go inside the tower to take some photos of the town from above, grab a coffee, visit the gift shop that has a lot of interesting Shakespeare related things, of course.

A gorgeous boutique hotel in a perfect location in Stratford-upon-Avon. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and characterful. The bed, linen, pillows, and bath towels were luxuriously soft and comfortable.
The breakfast was bountiful and delicious.
I saw two plays at the Royal Shakespeare Company during my stay. The Arden was literally 30 feet from the entrance to the RSC Swan Theater. Perfect!
The location was convenient for a visitor to the Royal Shakespeare Company, the restaurant was good, and Poppy at reception was especially accommodating and cheerful.
The location is outstanding! The room was a suite and plenty of space- well decorated, comfortable, very nice. The food was great-- had a lunch and a breakfast on-site. Delicious. Loved the car park also. Was able to walk very comfortably to the Royal Shakespeare Company for dinner and a play. Walked the next day in to the town and enjoyed Stratford upon Avon. Will be back for sure! Great hotel, great town!
Exceptional location for visiting Stratford. Close to all the key points of interest and the River Avon. Convenient to restaurants and the Royal Shakespeare Company theatre.
Iain was a welcoming host to a sensible house located near many of the tourist sights in Stratford. We walked to the historic center (Shakespeare's Birthplace) and to an evening performance at the Royal Shakespeare Company.
