The spa was very nice and the staff was really helpful. The hotel is very cute and rooms are comfortable. It is very close to Richmond park which is very nice. It is on top of the hill and walking down there are very nice views of the Thames.

After a mix up (a fault at my end) the Front Office Manager 'Elena' stepped in and showed exemplary customer service. We have stayed at the Petersham on 3 previous occasions. We have tried other hotels in Richmond in the past but The Petersham is outstanding. Charming location with stunning views, easy parking and central London is easily accessible. I have recommended it to so many family and friends.
