Was an amazing stay. Chris and his staff where so so helpful. Nothing was a problem. The room was so nice. Everything you needed was there. The evening meal was so tasty, and the breakfast was out of this world. One big hate for me and my hubby is cold plates. They where piping hot. All beautiful produce. Again nothing was a problem for Chris. A lovely, lovely man. Location was lovely to. Didn't want to leave. Will be back next year for sure. Again thank you to all of you for our amazing stay. The Burgoyne Hotel is simply a delight, the rooms are elegantly decorated with many unique features and quality furniture. My girlfriend and I experienced the warmest of welcomes and friendly hospitality throughout our stay, and we benefited from many complementary culinary treats. The Redmire suite was wonderfully spacious and comfortable, with all amenities you could possible wish for, with a luxurious bathroom for complete and utter relaxation. Finally, the views surrounding the hotel are so picturesque.
We hope to revisit The Burgoyne Hotel in the future and strongly recommend that you have this fantastic experience.

Shaun and his wife are great hosts. The staff were friendly and lovely. Food was excellent, had dinner home made pie lovely and breakfast was great too. Clean lovely rooms. Can't wait to go back.

Lovely cozy cottage. Had everything I needed for x2 nights. Very clean. Information left of things to do was very useful. Literally round the corner from Richmond Castle.
Beautiful and clean ground floor flat with off street parking. Once car was parked we walked everywhere. Great location 10 minutes walk to town and the fabulous Richmond castle. Also a fabulous loop walk to Easby Abbey from the converted station along the old railway tracks.
Sat right beneath Richmond Castle, really close to all amenities but still felt secluded and quiet. Nice outdoor area and a very well kept and clean cottage. Beds were super comfy and all the facilities we needed were there. Shower was amazing.

We stayed for 2 nights to begin the second half of the Coast to Coast walk. The house was superbly located 1 min from the Market Square and next to Richmond Castle. It had all the facilities you could wish for and we wouldn't hesitate to return. An excellent stay.
The property was in a great location in a beautiful town, loads of nice restaurants. Richmond castle is well worth a visit as was the river falls.
The property was easy to access and was very clean and tidy with everything you need for a pleasant stay.
The location of the apartment fronting the market place was perfect! Georgian property, decorated really well with all the appliances you require to make the stay comfortable.
To the front there views of the market place and Richmond castle, to the rear Culloden Tower. We had an amazing family weekend at Comfy dales and would book again when staying in Richmond.
The Pub is in a good location within easy reach of shops, bars, cafe's and Richmond Castle. Plenty of good quality tea/coffee/milk for drinks in the room.
Breakfast was excellent; full english! Room had lovely views to Richmond Castle and very comfortable. Location was so close to the town centre but also very quiet down a cobbled road. Parking was excellent right outside the hotel and free.
Great country location overlooking Richmond Castle. Room was comfortable and clean. Good breakfast. Nice bar and lounge area and a big beer garden with friendly horses in the next field.
