Right on the doorstep to the NEC. Lovely helpful staff even when they were so busy. Our room overlooked the lake on the top floor, really quiet & clean, bed super comfy. We had a couple of meals in the bar, good service & tasty.

Perfect, Clean, warm, friendly staff, great breakfast
Great location for resorts world arena, comfy but very tired rooms. Good selection for breakfast. Good gym and pool. The receptionist was very friendly and so were the restaurant staff
I liked the location of the hotel and it provided a very good location for the Resorts World Arena to see a live show. The room I had been staying in it had been cleaned very well and it had all the right facilities needed for my stay.
The location is excellent, it is much closer to the resorts world arena than the maps indicate. The staff are really friendly and helpful. I have stayed here 3 times in the last year when attending concerts and each time the rooms have been clean and spacious. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is fab. I will definitely be staying here again. The dinner menu offers a great variety of food.
