I liked the location of the hotel and it provided a very good location for the Resorts World Arena to see a live show. The room I had been staying in it had been cleaned very well and it had all the right facilities needed for my stay.
The location is excellent, it is much closer to the resorts world arena than the maps indicate. The staff are really friendly and helpful. I have stayed here 3 times in the last year when attending concerts and each time the rooms have been clean and spacious. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is fab. I will definitely be staying here again. The dinner menu offers a great variety of food.
Hotel was lovely and clean, staff were friendly and the location was great for travelling between the hotel, railway station and Resorts World Arena which we were attending. The twin room we booked was a perfect size.
room was nice, very quiet considering it is right next to the airport. We were going to a concert at the resorts world arena and it was a ten minute walk away. staff friendly and though we didn't eat at the hotel, the food menu looked good.
Warm friendly staff & great location, very easy to get to resorts world arena on foot through the airport, rooms were surprisingly quiet & my silly special request of a picture of slash and bob the builder in the room was done ha!! Well done!! Brilliant hotel will stay again!
