Location, free candy, bar tokens, and decor. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was a great size. It was great to have access to breakfast daily.

I had to cancel at the last minute another reservation, as they had no 24 hour staff available, and I needed a wake up call for my 5am flight. I am so happy I booked this at the last moment, it was Perfect! 4th floor Vista room with a beautiful view of the city, free mini bar, and wonderful staff.

The staff were lovely. The rooms were a nice size. The extras included in the room were refreshing. I liked the soaps, lotions etc. 24 hour room service was nice to have when trying to switch from Canadian time zones. It seems you can adjust your sleep habits quicker than your eating habits 😎. The location of the Balmoral is perfect for what I needed.
