Super convenient location being right near the Hoe and not far from other shops and the Town centre. The flat screen TV was such a lovely addition to the room with plenty of channels to choose from. Something I particularly enjoyed was the reading lights above the bed :). Noise wise, despite being near such amenities there was no road noise that was noticeable apart from the rare siron. Very clean and tidy and the shower was lovely with the added touch of the shampoo, conditioner and body wash all being provided, I did bring my own so I didn't use it but it was a nice touch. Staff were polite and quick to see you and everything was so clean and you could smell the cleaning products throughout the hotel. Will definitely return and hopefully try the pool.

Food at all restaurants up here excellent. Chinese amazing but the best for drinks and stunning views is the Pavilion opp the Lido. The seafood platter was phenomenal and almost too much for 2 people.

Love the history, the boat rides, aquarium along with the friendleness of all the staff working at the establishments we have visited over the years . We like to stay at the Duke of Cornwal near to the Hoe .

when we visited plymouth it was just for one night, we stayed in the retreat which was clean and comfortable, but the breakfast was in a box due to covid which wasnt the best , how ever location was good and we had a lovely walk down by the harbours and had a fantastic meal in a chinese restaurant called the we wok down by the waterfront it was delicious
This hotel is in a great location right by Plymouth Hoe. Had a superior room that was lovely. Nice clean ensuite. We could store our bikes securely in a room near reception. Very comfortable bed. Really good breakfast. We had dinner at The Waterfront, just a short walk down on the sea front. This is the second time staying here. Very nice hotel.
A great guest house. Close to Plymouth Hoe & city Centre. Also only a 10-15 minute walk to Coach station 20mins to rail station. Friendly host good clean room and good breakfast. My second time here and would happily stay again
Just a perfect location for visiting this part of Plymouth; right on the harbor and 5 mins from Plymouth hoe. Literally could not be more convenient for boat trips as is right opposite. Also right opposite the 25 bus stop to the city center, though it's a pretty easy 15 minute walk. Also liked that the accommodation has a separate door. But best of all is the view.
three minutes walk from the railway station and next to the large Sainsburys, and straight road down to Plymouth Hoe.
The breakfast was totally self service so there was no time pressure waiting time for the bacon to fry!
Location is ideal, close to the Barbican district and the Plymouth Hoe. Breakfast was excellent and the staff/owners are friendly, extremely accommodative and anxious to please. Overall it was a great experience.
Really friendly staff, excellent cooked breakfast that really set me up for the day - believe me I have a big appetite.
