Really well designed, refurbished old building in a walkable neighborhood. More a studio apartment than a hotel. The washer/dryer! Great bathroom, comfortable bed, nice seating area, functional kitchen. The staff is friendly and very helpful! Would definitely stay again.

Actually a very beautiful place. Sadly very dirty with a lot of trash everywhere. Workers try to clean it up, but if people just throw everything away and do not care - they have no chance. But that seem to be a problem in Manchester in general.

It's a great place as they are in the centre, we stayed at the 'Gardens Hotlel' off Piccadiiy Gardens.
There are some container selling every type of street food you would like.
It is near the large Primark,the Arndale Centre and the Northern Quarter

Beware Piccadilly Gardens after dark. It's a mess.
Beware Piccadilly Gardens after dark. It's a mess. Rough sleepers and other undesirable elements in the square. The problem is, it's hard to miss: most buses terminate here, and the Metrolink tram goes through the square.

Apartment is well maintained and furnished. A lot of space to socialize. Having two bathrooms and showers (one in the main bedroom and one separate for the other two guest rooms) was very nice. Good distances between the three bedrooms so people have some sense of private personal space. Bedrooms were of good enough size. Coffee maker, hot water maker for tea, and other kitchen utilities were all nice. Location is near Piccadilly Gardens making it central to a lot of places. Really clean. I would highly recommend this place.
The reception lady was incredibly sweet and offered a free upgrade. I got a massive room with windows. It was really great. THe hotel could be more clean. However, the location is excellent. It's right in Piccadilly Gardens and everything is a walking distance.
This is always my go to hotel when I come to Manchester. The rooms are a good size and clean as is the bathroom. The service is exceptional and it's the best location right on Piccadilly Gardens. I love staying here and I will continue to book this for all my Manchester trips. The hotel is great with late check out and perks like a free drink which really makes me feel valued as a customer.
Location was good for the Co op arena, however you should remove Piccadilly Gardens from your address, it is some distance from there and we did waste some time wandering round looking for the hotel in that area.
