Parking was difficult because the meters want coins and most people don't have many at the moment as we're tending to use our cards due to Covid. If you're going to visit Pembrokeshire I'd suggesting getting a bag of £1 and/or £2 coins. The castle itself was impressive, but the exhibits were a bit lacking in imagination. Not awful but not as good as Warwick, for example.

We toured many castles during our time in Wales and Pembroke was one of our favorites. You were free to explore and there was alot of information on the history of the castle, which we really enjoyed. We went with the 7-day Cadw pass which I highly recommend if you plan on seeing castles.
